Just after you pay for our immersion program or a culutral activities you will receive an email with a form to select  what date you will start your program. Please remember that we have a weekly program of classes and you must begin your course on a Monday. It is the responsibility of the participant to arrive on the agreed start date of the course. If you are not able to attend from the Monday the course begins, or there are other classes you can’t attend, Spanish House House will not be able to refund or reschedule the classes.
